For clinics and health systems
Read this part before the pricing.
There are four facts about MyCareFriend that will rule it out for many organisations. If any of them is disqualifying for you, we would rather you knew now than after three meetings.
It cannot hold patient information yet
The agreement required to handle protected health information is not in place, so the product runs on generated records only. If you need to load real patients this quarter, this is not yet for you.
The measures are not ready to file
They are not risk adjusted and do not apply the exclusions an agency submission requires. They will help you manage. They will not satisfy a reporting deadline.
No security attestation, and no customers
We hold no third party security report, and nobody is using this in production today. If your procurement process requires either, we will fail it, and we will not waste your committee's time pretending otherwise.
Only clinical data, for now
Billing, scheduling, staffing and finance are not connected yet. The route to them is being built through spreadsheets and documents rather than through your record system, because that is the only route that exists at this price.
Who this suits
Practices carrying hospital obligations on a clinic's staffing.
A large system has a warehouse, an integration team and developers certified on its record platform. A six provider practice owes the same measures to the same agencies, and gets there through a spreadsheet maintained by whoever has the time.
The obligation does not scale down with the organisation. The capability does. That gap is the whole reason this exists.
Who this does not suit
Anyone who needs it working this quarter.
If you are replacing a system that already files your measures, or you are under a deadline, or your board requires a signed security report before evaluation begins, wait. We will tell you when those change rather than sell around them.

Design partners
We are looking for our first ten practices.
We would rather show you this than quotes from people who have not used the product. Four things come with being early.
You decide what gets built
Partners meet with us regularly. What reaches the product first is what partners asked for.
Setup is done with you
We do the connection work during onboarding. You are not handed documentation and left with it.
Your price holds for two years
Twenty four months at your starting rate, including through any general increase.
You can leave with everything
A full export on request, no notice period, no charge.
Questions we get
Short answers.
- Do you replace our record system?
- No. It stays the record of truth and nothing is written back into it. We read from it.
- How long until we see something?
- Getting permission to read from your record system is the slow part, and it is not in our control. Published research on organisations doing this deliberately found a wide range before the first successful read. Plan in weeks.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You get a full export, at no charge, with no notice period. What we hold is a copy. Your own system is unaffected.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes. Ask, and we will put it in writing before you commit.
- Can we speak to a reference?
- Not yet. Nobody is using this in production. When somebody is, they will be named here with their permission and you may call them.
